IM Courier was established to fill a critical gap in healthcare logistics — the need for a courier service that truly understands the medical environment. We built IM Courier from the ground up with healthcare in mind. That means every courier we hire is trained and certified before they ever handle a medical package. It means our processes are designed around HIPAA compliance, proper specimen handling, and chain of custody documentation — not adapted from a general freight model.
Today, we serve healthcare facilities across our region, running scheduled routes and on-demand deliveries Monday through Saturday. Our clients trust us because we've earned it — through consistent, compliant, and professional service on every single delivery.
